Sales Policy

When interested in a bunny, a deposit must be sent to hold that bunny. If there is no deposit, the bunny will not be held and may find another home, unless otherwise discussed.

We reserve the right to decline any adoption application if we feel it is not a suitable match for our rabbits. Please note that buyers must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to adopt a rabbit.
Bunnies are able to be picked up at 8 weeks old, unless otherwise stated.

If you deem that the bunny is not a good fit, we have first right of refusal to take the bunny back.
The bunny will be purchased at 50% of the purchase price.

When a buyer puts a deposit down on a bunny, they are responsible for finding transport for the bunny. 
When a rabbit leaves our care, we are not responsible for what happens  after a rabbit leaves our care.

At Whiskers and Tails Rabbitry, we take the health of our rabbits seriously. All rabbits are thoroughly checked before being adopted out. All bunnies are dewormed before being adopted. We provide a health guarantee for 72 hours after adoption.
If something happens,  we require photos of living space, photo of sick bunny, and food sample.

There are no refunds once you send a deposit.
While in our care, if a rabbit were to pass away, or become ill etc. You will receive a full refund.

When determining sex, it can be hard sometimes, mistakes happen! We cannot 100% Guarantee the sex of the rabbit.

Before adoption. We may ask for information about the bunny housing, to ensure it is appropriate for the rabbit.

Outdoor housing is perfectly fine for rabbits, although indoor housing is preferred. 

Buyers are welcome to come and meet the available bunnies to ensure a suitable fit.

Buyers are responsible for bunny pick up. 

If the buyer is not able to pick up the bunny in person, transport can be  arranged. (Please see TRANSPORT for more details)
Once a Buyer has put a deposit down on a bunny, the buyer is given one week to pick it up. If the buyer has not picked up the bunny in that period, and no other arrangement have been discussed between us and the buyer, the bunny with be put back up for sale. No refund issued.

Our bunnies come with a Digital birth certificate, a bag of transitional bunny pellets, a bag of homemade treats, and a bag of hay

They will also come dewormed.

Some bunnies may be able to come with a pedigree to an approved breeding home. Pedigrees are available for an additional $50.
